Return Policy: There are no refunds on custom made items, opened: beauty, hair care, bath and body or other hygiene related products. Payment for custom items are due in full prior to construction.
For hygiene purposes, there are no returns on personal care items, which includes such items as wigs, hair bundles, eye lashes, opened skin care and spa products. This list is subject to change as DBMCO expands its offerings.
For items that are lost or damaged during transit, please file an insurance claim with the carrier using the tracking information provided when your order is shipped. DBMCO is happy to help with this process.
For handmade jewelry that breaks due to normal wear within 30 days of purchase, you can return the item(s) for repair and/or replacement. All you have to pay is the cost to ship the item(s). You also have the option to return the item for a full refund.
